PALETS REPAIR

Our system repair and recycling of pallets is designed to achieve the 100% reuse the material we receive.
We started to verify the State of the pallets we collect, cataloging them in three groups:

• 1. Pallets in good condition of reuse: These pallets are categorized by model and quality, are stored for distribution and reuse.
• 2.Repairable pallets: They are pallets that have damaged components or other anomalies which are repaired in our workshop so that they have a new utility.
• 3. Disposable pallets: They are those who by their status or characteristics can not be reused, in these cases it is extracted
  all reusable material (tacos and tables in good condition) These are stored to be used in the repair and manufacture of other pallets. The remaining components (remains of wood and nails) they are redirected to recycling plants where they are given a new use as plates of metal and chipboard.

By following this process, a total recycling of all the material we receive is achieved.
